The Account Setup Process

1. Setting Up Your Account – In order to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other privacy laws, our team must confirm that you are ordering reports on behalf of a valid business. To verify your business, you will need to complete and sign a service agreement, which provides us with basic information about your company. Next, you simply identify the authorized users to run screenings on behalf of your company. We then show you exactly how to access the 128-bit, encrypted, password-protected, screening portal and select exactly the searches that will return the information you require.
2. Candidate’s Consent – Before running your screenings you must first get consent from your candidate. Our company has simplified this process with our new QuickApp feature. One click of the mouse emails our Disclosure and Autorization form to your candidate for electronic signature. It’s simple, fast, and eliminates the missing information problem found with most other services.
3. Get Fast Results – After you place your screening order, we email you when the results are ready. In many cases, this is virtually instant. If adverse information is found, however, our licensed private investigators go to work verifying the reports to ensure that you receive the most accurate information available to you.
